At Giulio Pottery Studio, we are committed to ensuring that your ceramics arrive safely and promptly. Below are the details of our shipping procedures.
Processing Time
All items are handmade and carefully packaged. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. For pre-orders or custom pieces, please allow additional time as specified in the product description.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Europe: Free shipping for orders over €160. Standard delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days.

Switzerland: Free shipping for orders over CHF 160. Delivery within 5-7 business days.

International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
Packaging
We use eco-friendly, recyclable materials to package each piece securely. All items are carefully wrapped to ensure protection during transit.
Customs and Import Duties
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Damages
In the unlikely event that your ceramics arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, at no additional cost.
RETURN POLICY
Returns and Refund Policy
At Giulio Pottery Studio, we take pride in the quality of our handmade ceramics. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us at giuliopotterystudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, return shipping instructions will be provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacemen at no additional cost.
